





Tina was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and is 1 of 5 children. She has always had a passion for baking but didn't
pursue her dream until recently. Prior to her new career, she worked for the State of Ohio. There she was always in charge
of bake-sales and would make fabulous cheesecakes for donations only. Giving back to the community has always been
important to Tina. You will always find her supporting the neighborhood supermarket, as opposed to big chains.
Tina relocated to realize her lifelong dream of baking. She graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary
Institute of Las Vegas as a Pastry Chef. Tina packed her bags again, and moved to Montreal, where she interned at Patisserie
Afroditi, a gourmet Greek and French bakery. While in school, Tina also worked in Vegas' number one cupcake bakery.
In Tina's spare time she likes to spend time with family and friends, and enjoys working out from all the yummies that she
eats throughout the day! Another dream of hers is to travel the world. Tina has visited 26 different countries, whether it's for
volunteer work, study or pleasure. Regardless of where Tina is, she never misses the opportunity to visit bakeries in the
next State or around the world!
